Land doesn't "belong to anyone." It is used and occupied by various peoples throughout history. The native americans came to america just as we did later on, and though we treated the native americans harshly, it doesn't count as theft if they didn't even consider the land to be their's.

As for the censorship, everyone agreed with the patriot act when it was enacted for security reasons over fear of the terrorists. Don't just blame the right-wingers for that.

-Wanting to stop people from being able to have a cigarrette and a beer
-Wanting to stop people from being able to have the foods they want
-Imposing regulations that restrict people's right to self defense
-Impose harsh and unnecessary regulations on businesses
-Coveting the successful
-Bailing out corporations which lobby the government
