I'm what I would call an atheist of pagan identity, wich means I don't believe in a superior entity, nor in any heaven and hell, but I consider my roots being pagan. As my last name is made of old-germanic "ans"/"ansuz" +"helm" ( Anselme (French version of Anselm, the helmet of gods/Æsir) I mostly refer to Norse paganism/mythology, but due to the history and location of my country, to the Celtic one as well.
I'm open to spirituality, however I don't appreciate proselytism, and I have resentment against the Catholic Church, for the oppression, the pain, the intolerance it brought over Europe trough centuries, and the crimes it comitted, and for the tyrannical conversion it promoted. I believe the richess of mankind lies in its diversity (that's why I'm studying anthropology : to know alterity), but by trying to convert the world to one religion only, the church was acting against diversity of cultures, therefore, it was acting against mankind. As consequent, I have no respect for the Catholic Church, for missionaries and other converters.
